We are a multi-service company with the ability to buy, sell, renovate, and lease property. We help buyers move in quickly. Often times, we can move the buyer in, before they complete the tedious loan application. We help buyers who are short of funds for a down payment, or have credit issues. Once buyers move in, we work with their lenders to get them "seasoned" to qualify for the loan. This gives us a large pool of tenant buyers who make great customers and allow us to buy and sell very quickly.
